hot pasta

I wanted spaghetti. I really wanted spaghetti with tomato sauce. Since the closest store to me doesn't have the nice fire roasted organic tomatoes in a can, I went a different way. You see, I was at Mi Pueblo earlier today buying my next few day's ration of avocados. I noticed some Mexican tomato sauce in perfect single serving size cans. So what I did was grab a handful of change, stowed it in the back pocket of my scrubs pants and took a walk. This sauce is so hot. I'd have to agree, the cascabel chile is similar in heat to the guajillo.
